is now for sale in my shop on ETSY.

I am transferring all my work for sale on this site.
Easy to communicate with the public and receive secured payment.

I had done so in the past and sold a few paintings there.
Some artists advised me to display them on another site.
However, I prefer Etsy as I can manage my shop a lot easier.
More work to be added in the next few days.

Today the world of Art is mourning

Yes, the World of Art is mourning.

It is MY world of Art, the one where artists produce astonishing masterpieces either in
Oil, Watercolour, Acrylic or Pastel.
The ones that shine with beauty.

In these last few years, the world of Internet has brought closer artists of all kind. At once we can recognize those who are the genius and today we are all of us mourning the death of

Paul Dmoch

Paul was a genius of Watercolour that has never achieved an international recognition.
 He did deserve it though!

Personally, I had got in touch with him when I started building the site:

I discovered a very humble artist whose pleasure in life was to capture the light falling through windows in the interiors.

I am sharing with you an extract of one of our conversations

I share your passion and delight Beatrice. Stained glass windows , light coming across makes reality unreal and pass us in the fairy tale land ... That illumination has always taken my breath away . I always try to write something concerning 'moments' OF illumination when I Paint that. I do not believe in inspiration - Being an artist is not a choice it does not belong to our will - it is more something as a state of mind .. I can feel that even if I watch only but I don't paint

Paul had a lovely sense of humour too and was a very friendly approachable person.

I know by the many tributes arriving on Facebook, he will be terribly missed by so many of us!

Rest in Peace Paul.

A friend sent me an email warning me photos of my paintings had been stolen and found on a site called

I beg you not to try to search the site or even write their address in your URL!
When I opened it, I was sent to a page called POSTER

I did search for my paintings and yes there were quite a few! They were offering them as print 6"x 4" which I thought was a joke as it is the size of a post card.
All was in $, the postage claiming from China $9.00

I deducted they were trying to trick the public into buying a print that they would never receive. It happens all the time.

However, something more suspicious appeared, they were posting this picture of mine:

I thought how silly  to offer this as a print!

I posted my discovery on Facebook. Quickly I got warning from some other artists.

The site of course is not genuine. They trick you into offering the possibility to fill a form, if you have found work that belong to you and should not be on the site.

So, if you do... they get your name, address, phone number, email address etc etc...

They make money: Selling your details + the money taken from people buying prints that are not! and their credit cards etc etc...

It was also found that the site has been running from several IP, one from Russia, Ukraine, and more.
I understand they close their IP and find  new ones...

A person who has been doing consumer advocacy work and signed  many petitions, was worried even about the petition running to close the site. The comment was: The Wallpart petition was probably well intended  (or written to LOOK like it was) but is questionable!

On my side I am disappointed about my antivirus that was pointing the site as being safe!!!!!!

Making more research I also was told they take all the photo from search engines.

My advice to consumers:

Buy prints on reputable site. Mine are sold through FINEARTAMERICA.COM and FINEARTENGLAND.COM (a subsidiary) also a few more are found on REDBUBBLE.COM

-In the doubt, ask to artists how to buy their prints.
