The blue vase

It was time to create a new Still life.
I still have some of my roses "Golden celebration" from David Austin, a bleu vase found among the junk of a boot fair.

Perfect combination for a painting!

Today was a special day.
I had sent the commissioned painting by post to a client who was going to give it as a present.

They were very happy with it and both the persons who had ordered the work and the recipient wanted to meet me.

They came to my home/studio and I was delighted to see them. It made the work on this painting so much more special.

Busy few days

My latest commission has been received. The clients love the painting.

I am trying to paint snow sceneries for more Christmas cards, meanwhile two other clients have bought more Christmas cards from Redbubble.
